Vic Beach has re-launched their website making a bold statement that they are the preeminent volleyball body in Australia. The new site has everything a beach volleyball player and fan would want, be it beach volleyball photos, beach volleyball coaching, results, media and more.

The Management of the Beach Volleyball Series in Victoria is a joint venture between Vic Beach and Epic Beach – two private companies dedicated to the growth of the sport.

The Osteopathic Pilates website has launched to coincide with the official launch of Dr Angela Crewe’s new company.
Dr Angela Crewe has practiced Osteopathy for the past 8 years. During this time Angela has undergone extensive postgraduate studies in Clinical Pilates and Dry Needling. Prior to this Angela completed a Bachelor of Clinical Science and Masters in Osteopathy at Victoria University.
The combination of these modalities allows Angela to adjust treatments based on each individual case. This allows for an extremely thorough and specialised service. She realises that no two people are the same and prides her self on the ability to adapt to her patients’ needs.

“The state of Psycosis is when no gap exists between intuition and action. This can be likened to the Japanese term Mushin (no mind) or the very Western term the zone.”
Psycosis is deliberately spelt without an ‘H’. To add an ‘H’ would give the word an entirely different meaning. Brutal Training embodies principles designed to assist individuals in experiencing the frame of mind that is defined by us as Psycosis.
It is symbolised by the Slash P as seen in the accompanying pic. With the continued expansion and rise in awareness of Brutal Training we are receiving more and more requests for apparel, stickers and other items. For many of us in the Australian beach volleyball scene we have known about Haydn Ellis and his unique training techniques and game play strategies for a number of years. Now, however, his coaching is accessible to the world courtesy of Beach Volleyball Art of War.
The website’s author and founder of Brutal Training had this to say about the site’s launch:
“The web site is dedicated to those players that aren’t 6’10” and don’t jump a metre high out of the sand. It is dedicated to those players that haven’t necessarily had an indoor volleyball background.
